"Bulk order ended up being kind of a headache"
I placed a bulk order for some event merch, it was a bit more stressful than I thought it would be. The whole process just felt kind of messy, and the communication was slower than expected. I had to follow up a couple of times just to get updates, which was... not ideal.
The items did eventually show up, but they were split across different boxes, so sorting everything took way longer than it should have. A few pieces were missing at first too, which added another layer of hassle. They did fix it later, but it took some time, and with an event coming up, that was just... yeah.
It wasn’t the worst experience ever, and everything mostly worked out in the end. But for a larger order, I really expected things to be more organized. Maybe they’re fine for smaller orders, but for bulk stuff, I’d probably think twice.

"Decent prices, but I’d still shop around"
I ordered a few bits from Awesome Merchandise and, from my point of view, the prices were a bit of a mixed bag. Some items felt reasonable, but others seemed a little pricey once delivery was added on. The quality was fine for what I paid, so I wasn’t unhappy with the order, but I’m not convinced it’s always the best deal. I’d probably compare prices next time before ordering again.

"A little slower than I expected"
It took a bit longer than I thought it would, which wasn’t a huge deal, but I did notice it since I was kind of waiting around between doing a few other things at home. Overall, not terrible, just a little slower than expected.

"Sample quality was a letdown"
I ordered a sample first because I wanted to check the quality before committing to a bigger order, and I’m really glad I did. The print looked dull, the edges were rough, and the material just felt cheap overall. What made it more frustrating was that it felt like the expectations kept shifting, like one thing was promised or implied, then the standard suddenly seemed to change once I actually saw the product. Maybe I just got a bad sample, but based on this, I wouldn’t feel comfortable risking a full batch.

"I ordered some embroidered items thinking it..."
I ordered some embroidered items thinking it would be a simple thing, but it ended up feeling harder than it needed to be. The stitching didn’t look very clean, a few letters were uneven, and there were some loose threads here and there. Delivery was fine, no real issue there, but for what I paid, I expected the embroidery to look a lot neater.

I’m sure I picked a different customization, but what showed up wasn’t what I selected. Maybe I’m not the only one this has happened to? It was definitely disappointing because I was expecting it to match my order

"Felt cheap and arrived at the worst time"
The material felt really thin and cheap, which was disappointing. It also showed up right when I actually needed it to work out, so the timing made it even more frustrating.

"The print quality itself was fine..."
The print quality itself was fine, but the design didn’t line up with my file as closely as I hoped. I noticed a couple of small details looked slightly different, and the placement was just a bit off, especially around the edges. It’s not terrible, but if you’re picky about the exact layout like I am, it’s noticeable.

The refund took too long, like way too long, to come through. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really help much, just kind of gave me the same same basic answers. Frustrating experience overall.

"Really happy with how it matched our brand"
We ordered a few printed items for our team, and I was pleased with how they turned out. The colours and logo were very close to what we usually use, so everything felt like it fit well with our existing brand materials.
The only small thing was that the delivery updates could’ve been a bit clearer, but the items arrived looking nice and consistent. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d definitely order from them again
"Packaging was disappointing"
My order arrived in this flimsy little box with hardly any padding, so things were just sliding around in there. The corners were crushed, and one of the items had marks on it by the time I opened it. For the price, I really expected better. I’ve had cheaper orders come packed more carefully than… this just felt rushed. I wouldn’t order again unless they fix the packaging...

"Delivery was a little hit or miss"
I ordered from Awesome Merchandise and, to be fair, everything did show up eventually. It just arrived later than I thought it would, and the tracking was kind of... quiet for a few days, so I wasn’t really sure what was happening. Customer service did get back to me though, and it all got sorted in the end. So yeah, not a bad experience overall, I just wish the delivery side had been a bit more reliable.

"I ordered because it looked like it would..."
I ordered because it looked like it would arrive quickly, but the delivery ended up dragging on way longer than I expected. What annoyed me even more was that the terms seemed to change after I’d already placed the order, so it felt like the delivery window just kept getting pushed out. The tracking updates didn’t really help either, they were vague and not very useful. The items were fine once they finally showed up, but the wait left a bad impression.

I had a small issue with my order, but customer service got back to me quickly. It did take one extra email to get everything sorted, but hey, isn’t that normal sometimes? In the end, they fixed it and everything worked out fine.
